Shell Oil v. Hebble cert. petition up for consideration today

The cert. petition in Shell Oil v. Hebble, which we've been tracking on this blog, is on the U.S. Supreme Court's conference list today.  That means we're likely to have a ruling on Monday morning, unless the Court re-lists the case for a later conference.
