Proposal to Eliminate Tax Deduction for Punitive Damages Still Alive

Business Insurance reports that the newest version of the proposed federal tax bill, the American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act, still includes a provision to eliminate the deductibility of punitive damages.
